Born in Switzerland, Mr Patrik Bruhlmann's career history is extensive and impressive with high profile roles across the globe. Arriving in Australia in 2010, Patrik was appointed as Chief Executive Officer of Victoria Body Corporate Services before being promoted to Chief Executive Officer at Vesture Limited (encompassing Victoria Body Corporate Services, Ernst Body Corporate Management and Strata Title Management Group).

Patrik offers STM a wealth of experience in all facets of business management - operational management, financial management, sales and marketing and administration. Patrik is an excellent team motivator, empowering his team to the highest levels of service by challenging the way in which STM operates to ensure our clients are consistently provided the highest levels of client care.

Peter commenced his career with Vesture at VBCS as Chief Executive Officer before
being promoted to Chief Operating Officer at Vesture Limited (parent company of Strata
Title Management Group, Victoria Body Corporate Services and Ernst Body Corporate
Management). With a strong background in finance and operations, Peter's role at STM
covers day-to-day operational aspects of the business including accounting, cash
management functions and information technology.

Peter's role focuses on improving efficiencies through strong systems and new innovations to ensure our clients receive industry leading service.

Tony has been an integral member of the STM team for over ten years and has over twelve years of experience working in the strata industry. Throughout this time Tony has developed a strong reputation within the industry due to his skill, knowledge base and commitment to strata management and is active within Strata Community Australia (NSW) lecturing at seminars.

Tony commenced his role at STM as a Strata Manager managing large, complex portfolios. He was quickly promoted due to his strong leadership skills and has continued to shape the future of STM through intensive staff training focusing on customer service and knowledge of the strata industry.

Overseeing branches in Sydney, Tweed Heads and Ballina, Tony's commitment to excellence empowers his staff to push the boundaries and take the STM service to the highest level.

Peter Griffiths has been working with STM for over two years as the Projects Manager in charge of investigating innovative solutions to streamline the company to ensure STM is a leader in efficient operations and next generation technologies.

Some recent projects Peter has introduced include STM Plus (an online database of qualified trades people to assist clients in finding suitable contractors) and a staff training initiative (which has involved weekly training of STM team members by industry professionals to ensure our team are highly skilled and knowledge, thus providing our clients an industry leading service).

Peter's role at STM is fundamsental in making sure STM remains ahead of industry trends by providing efficiencies and new technologies that benefit clients.

Marianne's strata career commenced with Body Corporate Services and Alliance Property Management over twenty years ago. Due to her proven strengths in the strata management industry, Marianne was employed to assist in the set up of STM and drive the relocation and redistribution of roles and responsibilities of the strata acquisitions over the 18 year period of STM's life.

Marianne offers 18 years of experience working in our business at a Senior level (including 1 year as Executive Director). Her focus for STM over the last few years has been to improve efficiencies in administration to ensure customers receive the highest quality service from the company. Marianne continues to look at new ways to add value to client services through administration support.
